To be eligible for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met: – The product must be in its original condition, including all original packaging and accessories. – The product must not be used, damaged, or altered. – The return request must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase.

2.2. Once you receive the RMA, carefully package the product with all original accessories and include the RMA number on the return package.
